Resellify Privacy Notice

This notice explains the product-specific privacy practices of AXSYS LLC, operator of the Resellify service. Resellify is a subscription software product, not a separate company or legal entity. This notice supplements and incorporates the AXSYS LLC Privacy Policy.

Information Processed by Resellify

The Resellify website and account services process the following information where applicable:

  • Account and support information. Email address, a hashed password, internal account and membership identifiers, account creation or membership dates, account permissions, password-reset and email-change verification data, and information you include in support communications.
  • Subscription and billing metadata. Stripe customer, subscription, invoice and price identifiers; subscription status; plan interval and price; and discount or cancellation status. Stripe processes payment-card and checkout details under its own privacy terms. Resellify uses this information to provide and manage software subscriptions.
  • Discord authentication and access information. When an eligible individual chooses Discord authentication, Resellify uses the OAuth code and access token to request relevant Discord profile, server-membership and role information. The web session may contain the Discord user ID, username, avatar, organization or server identifier, role-based authorization result, and selected Resellify for Business organization. The OAuth access token is used for the exchange and is not stored in the website account database by the code reviewed for this notice.
  • Organization notification settings. Resellify for Business stores organization-configured notification topics, triggers, role or channel identifiers, emoji triggers, action links, link-opening preferences, smart-task keywords and notification templates. When authorized staff dispatch a notification, the website sends the topic, message, delivery options and, for targeted delivery, relevant Discord user identifiers to the Resellify mobile API. The dashboard also requests notification history and aggregate notification analytics from that API.
  • Session and technical information. Session identifiers and session state; IP address used for authentication rate limiting and reCAPTCHA verification; and request method, URL, IP address and error details when an application error is logged. Google Analytics may process browser, device, page-view and interaction data on pages where its tag is loaded.

The website code does not use first-party local storage or session storage and does not persist product-search queries. Mobile product searches are used to retrieve product data from supported third-party sources; references to those sources do not imply affiliation.

How We Use Information

AXSYS LLC uses the information described above to:

  • create, authenticate, secure and support Resellify accounts and sessions;
  • provide subscription software, research-data access and notification functionality;
  • manage subscriptions, billing, cancellations and account changes;
  • authorize staff and members for Resellify for Business organizations;
  • apply organization-level notification topics, triggers and access settings;
  • measure site use, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors and improve reliability; and
  • send transactional account, security, billing and support communications.

Service Providers and Third-Party Services

Information is disclosed only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a user-requested integration. The code uses service providers and integrations that include Stripe for subscription billing; Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA for analytics and abuse prevention; Discord for optional authentication, organization membership and notification-related features; SendGrid for transactional email; and hosting, database, cache, security and Resellify mobile-API infrastructure.

Supported resale marketplaces and retailers are independent third parties. Purchases and sales on those services are completed directly with the applicable third party. Resellify does not operate a marketplace, handle funds between third-party buyers and sellers, or take a commission on third-party merchandise transactions.

Cookies

Resellify uses a session cookie, short-lived status-message cookies and analytics or service-provider technologies on relevant pages. The Resellify Cookie Notice describes the technologies confirmed in the website code and available browser controls.

Retention and Security

AXSYS LLC retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Resellify service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal, accounting or reporting obligations. Session and temporary verification data expire on shorter operational schedules. Reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices and Requests

You may update your account email, change or reset your password, manage or cancel an eligible subscription through the account and billing interfaces, adjust organization notification settings where authorized, or decline optional Discord authentication when another access method is available. Browser cookie controls are described in the Cookie Notice. Privacy access, correction, deletion or other applicable requests may be sent to the product support address below.
